THE SHIRTS
What brands do you print on?
American Apparel is the vendor of choice for ILOVEMYPEOPLE. Their short sleeve t-shirts provide a modern look and are made of 100% fine ring-spun combed cotton. They are slim-fitting, lightweight fine jersey with an exceptionally smooth and tight knit. The t-shirts have a durable classic rib neckband. The men’s style is #2001 and the women’s style is #2012.
How do I know what size shirt to order?
Please refer to our sizing chart for a general guide. T-shirt sizes may vary slightly from vendor to vendor and so, if you are undecided between sizes, it's usually best to order the larger size.
What are some tips and best practices for washing t-shirts?
Wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low to medium heat.
What if my country is missing from your product list?
If you don’t see the country of your choice on our product list, your vote can change that. Select the country from the drop down menu and we will tally up the votes. If others share your spirit, get them to vote and your country can be the next featured item! Show your spirit! CAST YOUR VOTE

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping options are provided during the checkout process. Please note that shipping cost is based on location as well as product weight.
What shipping method do you use?
Canada Post is used for all shipping transactions. For your convenience, different shipping options are made available during the checkout process. You can select regular post or priority post for faster deliveries.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Canada Post provides national and international services.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with delivery information that includes a Canada Post tracking number.

How secure is this store? What forms of payment do you accept?
We do not store any personal or credit card information on our servers. All credit card transactions are handled by a third party provider. Visit PayPal Canada for more details and methods of payment.
What is the name of the company that will appear on my credit card bill?
The name of the company on your credit card bill will be ILOVEMYPEOPLE or 806CREATIONS.
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made an error during the checkout process, please e-mail info@ilovemypeople.com with the following information: order number (if available), the name the order was placed under, the e-mail address used for the order, and the changes you would like made. If your order has not yet been shipped out to you, we will be able to accommodate all reasonable changes to your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, all transactions are final; however, if we have not yet shipped out your order or incurred any costs, we will cancel the order with no charges to your account.
What is your exchange policy?
All transactions are final. No refunds.
I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt. How do I return damaged or wrong-sized merchandise?
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, please contact us at info@ilovemypeople.com with your order number. Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. We assume no responsibility for merchandise that was damaged by the purchaser.
